一、Stable Diffusion 操作界面
相对于 MJ 来说，SD 的操作界面很复杂，对于新手来说会一脸懵逼，不过，没关系，我给大家整理了一张介绍图，这张图不是我的原创哦，是从知乎上看到的，算是借花献佛吧，总结的非常详细，就是图片有点模糊，仔细看也是能看清楚的，大家先凑合着看。

界面上有很多参数，这里大家先有个大概的认识，关于参数的部分，后面我会单独用一个章节讲解，今天的主要任务是使用 SD 创作第一张图，先带大家找到感觉。
二、生成第一张图
我目前使用的是 kaggle 平台上的 NovelAi Stable Diffusion 项目哦，所以后面所有的教程，也都以这个平台为例讲解。无论是哪个平台，操作步骤基本上都一样！不用纠结。
  1. 配置真人模型
NovelAi Stable Diffusion 项目默认是没有真人模型的，只有二次元的模型。所以需要自己配置真人模型的下载链接，这里我使用的是 majicMIX realistic 麦橘写实模型，模型的下载链接如下：

只需要将模型的下载链接，复制到 NovelAi Stable Diffusion 中，然后重新启动项目即可，如下图：

当然，不想使用真人模型的这一步可以忽略。
  1. 选择 majicMIX realistic 模型，如下图

  1. 选择【文生图】，然后输入如下的咒语：

  1. 选择模版风格，如果是创作真人，面部增强风格一定要选，否则生成的脸可能会畸形

操作界面中有很多选项，大部分都是 SD 的基础参数，和 MJ 相比复杂很多，这就是 SD 强大的原因也是 SD 难学的原因。下面就来带大家了解一下这些参数，看着很多，其实常用的也就那么几个。

一、模型参数

这是最重要的参数，模型决定了图片的类型，例如动漫模型，真人模型等。SD 本身自带了一些基础模型，如 sd1.4、sd1.5、sd2.0，但这些模型的效果很差，基本上没有人用。市面上有很多基于 SD 基础模型调教的模型，效果倒是很好，这就是开源的力量。下面给大家分享几类常用的模型。
1. 常用的真人模型
Realistic Vison
写实风格，亚洲人，欧美人、动物、植物、风景等都可以。市面上也有不少基于 Realistic Vison 训练的模型，如 majicMIX realistic，也挺不错，我目前用的就是这个。
LOFI
照片级人像
Chilloutmix
超级牛逼的亚洲美女模型。这个模型也有很多版本，具体看这篇文章吧：https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/628540472
2. 常用的二次元模型
Dreamlike Diffusion
该模型有两个版本：Dreamlike diffusion 1.0 偏向插画风格；Dreamlike photoreal 2.0 偏向真实照片，质感非常给力
Anything
主打二次元漫画，风格单一
Counterfeit
主打动漫风格，尤其是插画
Hassaku
最大的特点就是属于 NSFW（你懂的模型）模型，比较敏感
Cetus-Mix
这个也不错
3. 2.5D 模型
DreamShaper
总体不错，质量高
GuoFeng3
以中国古风为主
Perfect World
以欧美风格为主，属于 NSFW 模型。
以上只是市面上常用几个模型哦，还有很多其他的模型，但去哪里下载这些模型呢？再来给大家推荐几个网站

二、图片提示词

SD 的提示词分为两种：正面提示词和反面提示词
1. 正面提示词
正面提示词就是告诉 SD 你想画什么？写提示词的技巧基本上和 Mj 提示词一样（除了模型不一样之外），这里就不重复讲解了，可以看这篇文章：https://xiaobot.net/post/3a21fbd3-6a9c-4435-8489-633d69cc2c62 文末还给大家整理了几个好用的提示词生成平台。
2. 反面提示词
反面提示词就是告诉 SD 不想要的内容。最常用的负面提示语就是多余的四肢、畸形脸等，这里给大家整理一段常用的反面提示语，大家可以在这个基础上进行增删改。

3. 提示词中的一些小语法
“()” 括号可以增加内容的权重，默认每个提示语的权重都是 1。加一层括号，权重是 1.1，加两层是 1.2，例如下面的提示语：
CG unity 8k wallpaper, artbook, girl, female, long hair, seductive smile, garter_belt,（blue underwear）, （standing）
穿着蓝色内衣的美女，不加括号时，会出现其它颜色的内衣。加了括号，就可以提高（blue underwear）蓝色内衣的权重，创作的图片基本上都是蓝色内衣。
除了 “()” 括号外，也可以通过 “: 数字” 的方式提高权重，例如 blue underwear:2.5，就可以直接将这句提示语的权重提高到 2.5

三、采样迭代步数

个人理解就是生成图片所需要的步骤数量。默认是 20 个，理论上数量越大，图片的质量和细节处理越好。但出图速度也越慢，对电脑的配置要求也高。
一般来说 20 个就够了，25 算是不错的质量。当然大家可以根据实际效果来调这个值

四、采样方法

采样方法特别多，我也不是专业人员。从网上的分享和自己实战效果来看：
  1. 真人模型就用 DPM2 和 DPM++ 系列，这两个系列中推荐使用：DPM2 a Karras
和 DPM++ 2M Karras
  1. 其它模型就用 Euler a
不一定准哈，大家做个参考即可

五、面部修复

创作真人图片时，一定要勾选，否则会出现面部畸形。

六、高分辨率修复

这个对电脑的内存要求较高，如果出现图片生成失败，可以尝试关闭这个选项。

七、生成批次和生成数量

点击【生成图片】按钮时，一次生成图片的数量 = 批次 * 数量。没啥好讲的，数量越多，出图越慢，越容易出错。

八、输出分辨率

也就是图片的宽高，数值越大，图片质量越高。有一点需要注意，图片的比例不一样，会直接影响图片内容。例如正方形的图片侧重上半身，高图可能是站着，宽图可能是躺着。大家根据需要选择合适的图片比例

九、随机种子（seed）

图片的唯一 id。例如你想用某个人物，创作不同场景的图片。就需要先创建这个人物图片，拿到人物图片的种子。在创作不同场景图片时，就要先设置人物的种子。
目前我还没有试，不知道效果怎么样。
没有讲到的参数就使用默认值即可，后面用到时再补充

今天就来和大家分享一下 Stable Diffusion(后面简称 SD) 的环境部署。

一、本地电脑安装部署

1.Window 电脑
网上比较常见的就是秋叶整合包，一键安装。安装本身没有难度，但是对电脑配置要求很高，内存至少 16G，GPU 是 N 卡。

教程我并没有验证，不知道有没有坑，也可以去 B 站搜关键词 “秋叶”，看视频教程。
2.Mac 电脑
mac 的安装步骤更加复杂，这里我整理了两套教程：

二、云部署（建议大家使用）

云部署相对来说简单多了，所谓云部署简单理解就是用别人的已经部署好 SD 环境的电脑，你通过浏览器访问地址就可以使用 SD 了。但是呢，大部分云部署都是收费的，不过基本上都有免费体验的额度，多搞几个平台也可以实现 sd 绘图自由。
  1. 首先推荐的就是 Kaggle 平台上的一个 Stable Diffusion（我目前使用的就是这个）。
每周可免费试用 30 个小时，基本上够用了。但由于是国外的平台，所以需要魔法，具体的教程。

先来聊聊我们经常提到的自媒体，自媒体并不是一个平台，而是很多个平台。根据内容形式和我自己的理解，将自媒体分为以下几个大类：

一、为什么选择小红书

先来聊聊我们经常提到的自媒体，自媒体并不是一个平台，而是很多个平台。根据内容形式和我自己的理解，将自媒体分为以下几个大类：
视频创作。平台代表：抖音、视频号、快手等
文字创作。平台代表：公众号，百家号，头条号等
图文创作。平台代表：小红书。
补充说明一下，抖音并不是只能发视频也可以发图文，但视频内容的数据相对较好，而小红书也可以发视频，但更适合发图文，毕竟是靠图文种草起家的平台。
图文创作相对来说最容易上手和模仿，此外，小红书平台对新手的扶持力度也比较大，小红书上的用户购买力相对较强，有利于后期变现。总而言之，对新手来说从小红书起号是最好的选择。

二、公域和私域

通俗来说，公域是指一些流量还不错的平台，例如小红书，公众号、抖音、视频号等；而私域就是指以自己为中心的小圈子，现在泛指自己的微信朋友圈。
对于个人或者新手来说，目前一般的玩法就是在公域平台上发布内容获得流量，通过”钩子 “将流量引流到私域，然后在私域完成可持续的变现。所谓的” 钩子 “大概意思就是” 加微信领取 XXX“。
补充说明说的不够专业，但整体意思或者本质就是如此。以后在听到别人讨论公域私域的时候，不至于一脸懵逼。

三、小红书平台

  1. 小红书既有网页版，也有 App 版

App 版：自行去手机上的应用商店下载安装即可。
  1. 简单说一下使用上的小区别
在网页版上可以复制别人的小红书内容；
还有一个小技巧，通过 App 发布 GIF 的图片不会动。但是，可以把 GIF 图转换成 webp 的格式，然后通过网页版发布就可以解决 GIF 图片不动的问题。
App 版的功能相对较多。

四、小红书账号

建议注册两个账号，一个主账号，一个后期用来引流的小号。
注意：
  1. 小红书账号的注册很简单，使用微博 / QQ / 微信登录后，绑定一个手机号即可。但一个手机号只能绑定一个小红书账号，千万慎重，别浪费手机号。
  1. 不要连续注册两个账号，否则账号容易平台打上营销号的标签，从而会被限流。保险起见，注册账号时一个账号使用移动流量注册，然后第二天再用 WiFi 注册另一个账号。
  1. 账号注册成功后可以先不用进行身份证的验证，等后面账号稳定了再验证也不迟。

五、养号

关于小红书养号这一部分仁者见仁吧。有些人觉得无所谓，但我个人经验来看还是很有必要的，当然你也可以不养。
所谓的养号就是注册完账号后，不要立即发布内容，先去关注一些感兴趣的话题或者自己的账号未来要运营的话题如搜一些 AI 绘画相关的内容等，正常的去使用 3~7 天，这期间是可以发不内容的哦，但内容不要违规，不要有引流的任何提示，至少不要让平台感觉你是个营销号。
总之，小红书是一个起号成本低，违规概率高平台。前期一定要做好账号的运营。

  • Installs Oracle Management Agent 13c Release 5 in the agent base directory you specify (outside the middleware home).

  • Creates a plug-in directory and installs the following default plug-ins.
    • Oracle Database Plug-in

Note:
Starting with 13c Release 1, as part of the Oracle Fusion Middleware Plug-in deployment, one Java Virtual Machine Diagnostics (JVMD) Engine is installed by default on the OMS. For every additional OMS you deploy, you receive one JVMD Engine by default with that OMS.
JVMD enables administrators to diagnose performance problems in Java applications in the production environment. By eliminating the need to reproduce problems, it reduces the time required to resolve these problems, thus improving application availability and performance.
While JVMD Engine is installed by default on the OMS host, you will still need JVMD Agents to be manually deployed on the targeted JVMs. For instructions to deploy the JVMD Agent, see Installing JVM Diagnostic Agents.
  • Oracle Exadata Plug-in
  • Oracle Cloud Framework Plug-in
  • Oracle System Infrastructure Plug-in
  • Any other additional plug-ins you choose to deploy
  • Creates an Oracle WebLogic domain called GCDomain. For this WebLogic Domain, a default user account, weblogic, is used as the administrative user. In advanced installation, you can choose to change this if you want.
  • Creates a Node Manager user account called nodemanager. A Node Manager enables you to start, shut down, or restart an Oracle WebLogic Server instance remotely, and is recommended for applications with high availability requirements.
Note:
On Microsoft Windows, a Node Manager service is NOT created. This is an expected behavior.
  • Configures an Oracle Management Service Instance Base location (gc_inst) outside the Oracle Middleware home (Middleware home), for storing all configuration details related to the OMS. In advanced installation, you can choose to change this location if you want.
For example, if the Middleware home is /u01/software/em13c/oraclehome, then the instance base location is /u01/software/em13c/gc_inst. You can choose to change this, if you want, in the installer. However, you can change it for only advanced installation and not for simple installation.
  • Configures Oracle Management Repository in the existing, certified Oracle Database. If the database instance is created using the database template offered by Oracle, then this step is skipped.

  • Java Object Cache (JOC)
The default JOC port is 23456. If 23456 is not available, no alternate port is used, so ensure that port 23456 is free.

如果OMS（Oracle Management Server）和OMR（Management Repository）在不同的主机上，那么OMS的主机kernel.shmmax参数设置为小于4G或者4294967295。直接修改/etc/sysctl.conf文件修改，然后运行sysctl -p生效即可。
如果OMS和Management Repository（database）在同一个主机上，那么kernel.shmmax参数以Oracle数据库文档要求的为准。 这里我们将OMS和OMR都放在一台机器上。

创建OEM安装目录

注意：请确保/u01目录的剩余空间足以安装EMCC。EMCC 13.3软件安装完成后，大约需要26G的空间;而agent大约需要2G的空间。
在安装过程中，/tmp目录至少需要12G的空间，或者至少有一个目录的空闲空间有12G，需要存放临时解压文件，安装完成后会释放该空间

数据库准备（OMR）

OMR:Oracle Management Repository
OEM 13c只支持从版本12.1.0.2.0开始的OMR数据库，这里使用19c的数据库。
注意：不能安装EM，即DC。
EMCC 13.3可以监控11g的数据库，例如11g的rac

开始安装EMCC（Enterprise Manager Cloud Control）

安装要求

  • 系统建议 4 核 4G 起，推荐 Vultr 的云 https://www.vultr.com/?ref=9035152 （ 稳定一些）
  • 安装好 Docker
  • 安装好 docker-compose
  • 安装好 make，git

会被要求创建一个 reNgine 帐户与密码，注意使用强密码

把 twitter 相关域添加到 Targets 中

在 organization 建一个 twitter 组，把刚才的域添加到 twitter 组中

选择自己合适的扫描引擎， 对这个 twitter 组 按计划扫描就行了
默认的 Full Scan 模式，会进行子域名收集，端口扫描，网站截图，恶意软件，OSINT，开源情报，网站爬虫，目录爆破，Nuclei 全模板扫描，Full Scan 一般扫的时间比较久

以 rengine 默认引擎 Full Scan 举例，子域名收集会调用 amass-passive, assetfinder, sublist3r, subfinder, oneforall 同时收集 (YAML 可以增加或减少)，自带了 5000 个常用字典
